Sunday is IRC meeting time again  Who'll be around?

We should discuss some of the problems we are facing in Sumwars right now. Here's a loose list of issues I'd like to discuss:

• Folder and File structure
• Keeping members on the project
• Recruiting new members
• Better release planning (as the last "release" was kind of badly executed, to put it lightly)
• Creating a list of must have things for next release

Anything else?

Where this is okay with you to do, and you don't have time for it, how do I get write access to the website in order to put this there myself? A forum private message should work for sensitive information. Thanks!
